Great value on the Arabica

I was looking for a new coffee and Bazan Coffee popped up. I decided to try their Single Origin Vietnamese Arabica. I signed up for the newsletter and got a discount on my first order, which was a nice bonus. The shipping was free since I bought a couple bags, which always helps. The coffee itself was good, a solid medium roast. For the price I paid with the discount and free shipping, it felt like a really good deal. I'm always looking to save a bit, and this was definitely worth it.

Fantastic Robusta, will buy again!

I just tried the Single Origin Vietnamese Robusta and it's seriously amazing! The flavor is so strong and bold, exactly what I look for in my morning coffee. It got here pretty quick too, like 3 days, which was awesome. I'm definitely subscribing next time for the regular deliveries, I can't imagine going back to my old coffee now. You have to try this one!

Good coffee, nice process

I got the Dark Roast Coffee beans last week. They tasted really good, rich flavor. Shipping took about 4 days to get to me, which was fine. Pretty happy with it all.

Just curious, how does Bazan compare to Nguyen Coffee Supply? Always bought from Nguyen but Bazan looks interesting.

P Phil Foster 3 months ago

I've had both! Bazan feels a bit more artisanal, like they focus really hard on those single origins. Nguyen is great too but maybe more mainstream now? Both are good though.

E Emma 3 months ago

Bazan's Robusta feels more premium to me, less bitter notes than Nguyen's sometimes. But it's really down to taste.

Is their Robusta super strong? I usually drink Arabica and don't want something that'll punch me too hard lol.

N Noor Walsh 2 months ago

It's definitely strong, but in a good way! Super bold and a lot of caffeine. If you're used to Arabica, maybe try a blend first?

J Jared C. 2 months ago

Yeah, Robusta is known for being high-caffeine. Bazan's is really smooth for a Robusta though, not bitter like some others.

Is there a first order discount code I should look out for, or does it just pop up on the site?

N Nina 2 months ago

Sign up for their newsletter, that's usually where they send out the first-time buyer discount. Got me 10% off last time.

P Paula V. 2 months ago

yeah, definitely check your email after signing up. It's usually a unique code for new customers.

What's the deal with returns? If I buy a bag and don't like the roast, can I send it back?

T Tara Lindqvist 2 months ago

Opened coffee bags, nope. Most places won't take them back for food safety reasons. Unopened, maybe. You'd have to ask their support.

P Priya Y. 2 months ago

I've returned other items like a phin filter with no issues, but not opened coffee. That's a pretty standard policy for coffee beans across the board, afaik.

Anyone know if you can stack coupons here? Like a first-time buyer discount with a free shipping code or something?

M Marcus 2 months ago

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one at a time. I tried combining a newsletter one with a sale code and it didn't work.

P Paula Ito 2 months ago

Yeah, usually one code per order. They do have automatic discounts for subscriptions though.
